| Description |
SBHG is hiring a Director, Dietary and Environmental Services (Full Time) for our Mental Health Rehab Center in our Oasis Rehabilitation Center facility in Indio, CA. This position requires a thorough understanding of directing and supervising the operation of the Dietary Services and Environmental Services functions. The position is responsible for satisfying the nutritional needs of the clients, and maintaining quality food service and staff education to achieve these goals. The incumbent also performs, supervises, and coordinates the maintenance and housekeeping and laundry activities to ensure a clean, safe and attractive facility. This supervisor coordinates the daily activities of these departments, including scheduling and monitoring work completed. The qualified candidate should have certification as a dietetic technician or dietetic assistant, approved by the State Nutrition Consultant or the Dietary Managers Association-Registered Dietitian preferred and two (2) years supervisory experience in dietary services, institutional building maintenance, or the equivalents.
