African-American Children’s Program Manager Receives Cultural Competency Award

Congratulations to Wandalyn Lane, Valley Star’s Program Manager for the Promoting Resiliency in African American Children (PRAAC) program. Wandalyn (third from left) was selected to receive San Bernardino County’s Department of Behavioral Health’s “Cultural Competency Excellence” award.
